彎管(guan)(guan)機的基本液(ye)壓(ya)元件知識(shi)了解:液(ye)壓(ya)彎管(guan)(guan)機吸(xi)油管(guan)(guan)不(bu)得漏氣(qi),也不(bu)應阻(zu)力太大,以(yi)防進(jin)氣(qi)或吸(xi)油困難(nan)產生氣(qi)蝕。全(quan)部管(guan)(guan)路安(an)裝(zhuang)程序分兩次(ci)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing),先進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)試(shi)裝(zhuang)配,將管(guan)(guan)接頭及法蘭(lan)點(dian)焊(han)在合(he)適位置上,當全(quan)部管(guan)(guan)路試(shi)裝(zhuang)合(he)格后,拆下(xia)來進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)酸洗后再正(zheng)式安(an)裝(zhuang)。回(hui)油管(guan)(guan)口須伸到油箱(xiang)油面以(yi)下(xia),防止飛濺產生氣(qi)泡。溢流閥的回(hui)油管(guan)(guan)不(bu)能直接和泵(beng)的入(ru)口連通,一定要通過油箱(xiang),否則油溫將會(hui)過高。
所(suo)有(you)液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)元件(jian)都要(yao)進行壓(ya)(ya)力和密(mi)封(feng)試驗(yan),合格后方可安(an)裝(zhuang)。安(an)裝(zhuang)前應(ying)將各種自(zi)動(dong)控(kong)(kong)制儀表進行校驗(yan),以免失誤。液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)泵傳動(dong)軸與電動(dong)機驅動(dong)軸不(bu)同軸度(du)偏差應(ying)小于(yu)0.lmm,一(yi)般采用撓性聯軸節連接,不(bu)允許用膠帶直接帶動(dong)泵軸轉動(dong),以防泵軸受徑向力過(guo)大,影響泵的(de)正常運轉。安(an)裝(zhuang)各種控(kong)(kong)制閥時,應(ying)注意其進油(you)口與回(hui)油(you)口的(de)方位。用法蘭安(an)裝(zhuang)閥類件(jian)時螺釘不(bu)能(neng)擰得過(guo)緊,過(guo)緊有(you)時反而(er)會造成密(mi)封(feng)不(bu)良。安(an)裝(zhuang)液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)缸應(ying)牢固(gu)可靠(kao),為防止熱膨脹影響,當行程(cheng)大和溫度(du)高時,缸的(de)一(yi)端(duan)必須保持浮(fu)動(dong)。液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)缸的(de)密(mi)封(feng)圈不(bu)要(yao)太緊,特別是U形圈,以免阻過(guo)大。
